Since 2011 I am connected to the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, Institute of Technology at the Mechanical Engineering program.
Students are required to complete a full design project as final test of aptitude before receiving their degree and title.
My role is to support students during this process. Not to do their work for them of course, but to discuss their approach and check their final work on completeness and quality.

Basiskwalificatie Examinering
In 2023 I followed the training and successfully completed the assessment to receive my BKE certificate (Certificaat Basiskwalificatie Examinering), allowing me to formally judge the work of students.
